Wilson Architects were engaged to provide architectural and interpretive design services (with Brandi Projects) to redevelop/refurbish the existing Surfers Paradise Visitors Centre and three new transportable visitor service pods, which will support an enhanced program of visitor service and anticipated increase in visitor numbers during the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.

The Visitor Information Centre and PODS are located in a 24/7 precinct with high visitation.
