The continued evolution of
Wilson Architects

We are very excited to announce a new evolution of our Practice structure and a strengthening of our leadership teams.

Incredibly, 2022 marks 138 years of continuous practice for Wilson Architects. With a keen eye on our future evolution, the Wilson Architects team have been busy over the last 12 months developing a fresh vision, purpose and renewed focus across the practice.

Adopting a collegiate and collaborative approach, members of our team will share and grow their knowledge in different sectors and involves emerging, expert, and leadership roles allowing team members to put knowledge growth at the forefront.

It is therefore with great pleasure that we welcome new people into leadership teams within Wilson Architects.

We are very excited to announce new roles across the whole Wilson Architects team.

Focussed around a purpose of 'Making Places for life to Flourish' we encourage thought leadership and embrace contributions of each and every team member.

Our new practice structure is firmly centred around our People, fostering a strong working community and providing opportunities for future growth and development.

Renewed vision and focus on our client sectors and our team

Our Vision

Inclusive, interconnected shared communities where all are thriving.

Our focus of making places for life to flourish doesn’t just extend to our designs—it applies to our own office.

Wilson Architects’ focus on finding greater meaning in our work and the importance of having a united and aligned team means we’re supporting our team from the inside to support them making exceptional places for people.

We design to thrive, pride ourselves on thought leadership, leverage partnerships, and are actively involved with social justice and sustainability initiatives.

Everything we do reflects what and how we design.

New strategic policies that focus on culture, wellness and meaning

Wilson Architects is committed to providing a workplace culture which welcomes all members of staff just as they are, celebrating difference and encouraging engagement to ensure all staff are treated fairly and equitably.

Our practice is strategically focusing on:

Culture
We recognise both present, past and cultural heritage and context in the design of place.

Wellness
Human centred design that taps into the positive benefits of a biophylic approach with the integration of landscape and inclusion of sensorial natural and spatial patterns.

Meaning
Giving purpose and authentic meaning to design with equal concern for the functional, aesthetic and poetic.
